The brief

What we captured and why.

We filmed at SG Fleet's North Sydney HQ to capture a series of short Vox Pop videos with the Oceania team, alongside light office environment footage.

The aim was to showcase the people behind SG Fleet, highlighting the team, their expertise, and how they support clients and customers on the ground.

This content supports both the Brand Video and ongoing social content.

Tone
Warm, confident and approachable. Professional, but not overly corporate. The people behind the product.

Content streams from one shoot

Six interviews structured to deliver four distinct content streams. Lindsay filmed separately at a later date.

Stream 01
Meet SG Fleet Feature Explainers
Each person assigned one feature to explain in plain language. Topics: waterproofing and breathability, fabric weight & weather rating, durability, fit system, fabric tech and durability, and lifetime warranty. Lindsay covers the broader SG Fleet story when filmed separately.
Stream 02
Working at SG Fleet
Every person asked what it is like working at SG Fleet. Could work as a team culture reel, cut together as a montage or used individually. Format decision left to client.
Stream 03
Supporting Customers and Partners
Every person asked how they support customers or partners in their role, and what they enjoy about working with them. Could sit alongside culture content or become its own reel focused on people and relationships.
Stream 04
Happy Birthday clips
Every interview ends with the person saying happy birthday to camera. Held for a future birthday-related video. Kept separate, not used in any of the above edits for now.

Production overview, Vox Pops

Concept, format, questions and filming styles.

Concept

The Vox Pops centre around: SG Fleet's presence across Australia and New Zealand, how the team supports clients and customers, simple clear explanations of services or capabilities, and day-to-day insights from the team.

Filmed in a relaxed, conversational style to ensure they feel natural and engaging for social platforms. Avoiding overly technical or scripted language.

Setup kept simple and efficient to allow multiple team members to be captured, while maintaining a clean and professional visual standard. Framing and delivery slightly more relaxed than a traditional corporate interview to suit social platforms, while still polished.
